Physical activity

The Camino Seminar is a walk with qualified Coaching and Evaluation added. This will enable changes to be made in things and circumstances currently present in your daily life that you may have difficulty in changing.
During the Seminar you will, through the physical activity and the daily experiences, get a deeper insight in the major obstacles that you might be encountering in your life. We will very carefully and gently work together to adjust some of these unhelpful behaviours, so that you can achieve your potential and find your own way to living the life you want to live.
If you have the courage to look deep inside yourself and learn what inter-personal relationships, self-responsibility and projections mean, then this seminar is worth considering.

This seminar

How does this seminar differ from all the other seminars?
You move your body A LOT.
There is a Mentorship arrangement and Coaching built in. Here you get your daily life closely attached with your experiences here which means optimal learning. You have interaction on a daily basis, deep therapy and also a Mentor, a person that has trodden this path before you.

Walking Meditation

Walking Meditation is an active way of getting in touch with your intuition.
When you continue to walk day after day, within about a week, something will start to happen in your mind.
The challenges you might have in your life will in this way be more clear to you so you are able to look at them and maybe change some undesirable behaviours.

080 The Camino is, for me, a "Walking Meditation".
It is training in presence and consciousness.
That means that I practise being more observant and neutral in relation to my thoughts, feelings and body.
I choose when I will let myself be fully engaged with a feeling – and I choose when I will let that feeling go.
I am master of my life and not a product of the environment that unfolds around me.
I can follow my impulses when they serve a good purpose for me.
Good things happen to me all the time..
I can step aside when inappropriate circumstances confront me.

739 I can create my own peace - and that for me is also happiness.

A theoretical picture of what meditation is: The mind is like a glass of muddy water.
The water is turbid and non-transparent when stirred.
If you let the glass just be there and give it peace, the mud will sink down to the bottom and the water will be clear so you can look through it.

With active meditation you will more easily get the life you want. You will find your potential and your goals – and you will eventually reach these goals.

Warm up for the seminar

Telephone conferences will be arranged once a month and at other times as needed.

The Course Directors/Guides

Mikael Hoffmann will primarily take care of the psychological elements.
Bente Hansen will concentrate on the body and the diet.

Diet and Lifestyle Coach, Personal Trainer, Elite Power Trainer and Massage Therapist.
For the past 18 years I have given guidance in diet and traning to joggers and top rank sports people.
I've walked the Camino and I would like many other people to benefit from what it has given me.
I will set up a personal lifestyle plan "Metabolic Typing" – (the composition of your food) so your meals will have an optimal payoff.
If you eat “correctly” after your meal you will experience happiness and a lot of energy.
I work with people individually and look at the whole person.
Everything influences how you are.
- What time you go to bed
- How you sleep
- Whether you eat something that your digestion can't cope with
- How well your organs function
- Whether you're getting the nutrition you need
- Whether you have too much stress
On the basis of your current physical shape we will prepare you for the Seminar.
Lifestyle changes take time and should be taken in steps. When you've made up your mind about what you want, together we will create a plan that matches your desired life.
