My life

I would like to share my joy about life with you.
I will try to describe my daily life which is filled with fun experiences and exciting events.
I have designed myself a life that suits me perfectly. And I help others to design a life that suits THEM perfectly too.
You can change your life so that you are doing exactly what suits you - if you will let me help you with it.....
Just ask me how......

It really is a matter of the choises you make. They determine how your life unfolds.......

By the way - I have begun calling myself Flow-Master (apart from Health and Business Coach) because I have created a tremendous amount of flow in my life.
Things are going easily for me, all the time! I meet the right people and the right circumstances at the right time, always. It's what many people call lucky! I call it living my life on purpose.
And I help others to do the same.....
(see also www.mhoffmann.dk/lucky)
Can you imagine yourself doing some of these things..or maybe ALL of them?
The possibility is there if you want it!

How many dream about spending more time with their loved ones?
Nobody knows how long we have got with each other.......

In my book www.mhoffmann.dk/elcamino I touch the problems related to the fear of dying. I think that the two main reasons to the problems is that many people are not aware of what will happen when we die, and a lot of people do not live their life to the full - and then fear the final day where everything ends.
I expect the book to be published within the next few months.

My brother, Filip, has got honey bees

I have tried to shoot with bow and arrow at the Wiking Museum at Esbjerg, when I was with my family over there.

Here I visit my family plantation at Esbjerg. A couple of times I have stayed there all alone in the cottage. The plantation is totally isolated and normally it is completely deserted. It is a good place to spent time in meditation and quietness in a kind of personal retreat. I have also done retreat seminars for people the same place.

A jet-ski is very funny - but  very strenuous.

The reason that there are so many pictures of me is because I do not want to "exhibit" the people I have been together with at these events and activities.
I am aware that it can seem to be overwhelming with all those pictures of me, but it is a conscious choice I have made.

I met a guy who said to me that it had to be easy for me to do all those funny activities when I was living alone, because then I had a lot of time. He himself had both job and family...
I asked him what he was doing for a living and he told me about his job as a librarian. He went to work 40 hours a week + 5 hours transportation.
I then asked him if he would be able to do more fun things if he only worked 10 or 15 hours a week in all, in stead of 45 hours.
He was sure about that.
”There is the answer!” I said. ”If you want it, I can help you within one to two years to get your working hours diminished to 15 hours a week for the rest of your life - so you have time to do whatever you want. For example being together with your family or do your leisure time interests or have fun activities. Whatever you prefer?”
He asked me how it could be done, and I told him. I explained him what I do and how I lived and that I help other people to do the same – that is have more time for yourself and make extra money.

He then said to me that you have to believe in it…..
He is a librarian, so I answered that it is in fact the same for his ”customers”. They have to believe that they get some value to come and visit the library, before they want to walk into that building. HE knows as a librarian that there are tons of good knowledge at the shelves and that the place is cosy and nice to be in.
But if you as a ”customer of a library” do not believe that you can get some knowledge that you did not have beforehand, and that it is a nice place to spent some time, and there is free access to the internet and newspapers and so on and so on…. then you will not come at the library.
Everything is a matter of BELIEF.

By the way - what do you believe in yourself that you think is self evident, and that others have difficulties in believing?
